Every physical training aid is picked, packed, and dispatched from our Scottsdale warehouse within one business day. Orders placed before 2:00pm MST on a weekday usually leave the same afternoon; anything after that goes out the next business day. Supplements and hardware ship together in one box wherever stock allows.
Ebooks and digital guides are delivered by download link on purchase — no waiting on a carrier, and no shipping charge.

Free 2-day shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your subtotal clears $75 before tax. Transit windows start the business day after dispatch and exclude weekends and US holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii & international
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by USPS Priority; rates are calculated live at checkout and free-shipping thresholds do not apply to those zones. International orders reach most of Canada, the UK, and Australia in 7–12 business days. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
