The 30-day guarantee

Every aid on the console earned its place by moving a number, and we back that with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Train with it for a full practice block. If the data doesn’t move — or the aid just isn’t for you — send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

  • Message the support desk with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
  • We email a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
  • Pack the aid securely — original packaging is ideal but not required for a refund.
  • Drop it with the carrier. Refunds post to your original payment method 3–5 business days after we receive it.

Picked the wrong Orange Whip length, or want to step up a rangefinder? Exchanges inside the 30-day window are an even swap and we cover the return label. Check the size & fit guide first so the replacement lands right the second time.

Supplements & digital guides

Opened supplement tubs are covered by the same guarantee — if Fairway Focus or Range Recovery doesn’t sit right, tell us and we’ll refund it, no need to ship a used tub back. Ebooks and digital guides are non-returnable once the download link is opened, but if a file won’t open, we’ll fix or refund it.

Warranty

Physical aids carry a 1-year warranty against build and material defects on top of the return window. If a shaft cracks, a mat delaminates, or an electronic unit fails in normal use, contact us with a photo and your order number and we’ll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear or misuse.
