How fast will my order ship?
Physical aids leave our Scottsdale warehouse within one business day — same afternoon if you order before 2:00pm MST. Free 2-day shipping applies over $75. Full rates and transit times are on the shipping page.
What’s your return policy?
Every aid carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Train with it for a practice block; if the number doesn’t move or it isn’t for you, send it back for a full item refund. Defects and wrong-item returns ship back on our prepaid label. See the returns page.
Which size or model should I pick?
The Orange Whip is the only aid with a real sizing decision — pick by height, then feel. The size & fit guide has aid dimensions, a length selector, and a handicap-band chart. Still unsure? Message the desk with your height and index.
Are these aids USGA-conforming?
The training aids are built to practice-legal specs and won’t change your equipment’s conformance. The Blue Tees rangefinder reads slope for practice, and slope toggles off with a side switch so it’s legal for tournament rounds under the Rules of Golf. Swing and putting trainers are for practice, not for use during a stipulated round.
Do the supplements come with a guarantee?
Yes. Fairway Focus and Range Recovery are made in a GMP-certified facility and third-party lab-tested. They’re covered by the same 30-day guarantee — if one doesn’t sit right, we’ll refund it without asking you to ship a used tub back.
How do the ebooks get delivered?

What warranty covers the hardware?
Physical aids have a 1-year warranty against build and material defects on top of the return window. If a shaft cracks, a mat delaminates, or an electronic unit fails in normal use, send us a photo and your order number and we’ll repair or replace it.
